Privacy Policy of the USA Gestiones app

Effective September 26, 2026

This policy explains what personal data the USA Gestiones app handles, why, and what rights you have. It covers the app at https://app.usagestiones.com and its iOS and Android versions. The corporate website (https://usagestiones.com) has its own policy.

1. Who is responsible

USA Gestiones LLC, 990 Biscayne Blvd 501, Miami, FL 33132, Estados Unidos. Tax ID (EIN) 46-4649707. Contact: info@usagestiones.com.

2. What data we process

Identification and access: your email address, the one-time sign-in codes we send you (stored only as a hash), your session, the language of your device and your IP address, which is used only to limit sign-in attempts.

Your company and our relationship: company name, invoices, estimates and payments, the documents in the folder we share with you, the meetings you request, and the notices and news we publish for you.

Assistant: the questions you type to the in-app assistant and the answers it gives.

Push notices: if you turn notices on, the identifier your device generates to receive them. Nothing else is read from your device.

Team members sign in with their corporate account; their actions in the back office are logged with their name.

3. Why we process it and on what basis

To provide the services you have contracted and to show you your invoices, estimates, documents and meetings (performance of the contract).

To keep your account secure: one-time codes, session control and attempt limits (our legitimate interest and legal duty).

To send you push notices about payments received, new documents and news, only if you turn them on (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from Profile).

To answer you through the assistant (performance of the contract; you decide whether to use it).

To meet accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation).

4. Who we share it with

Only with the providers the service needs, each under its own data-processing terms:

  • Intuit (QuickBooks) for invoicing and the payment page.
  • Google for the shared document folder (Drive), meetings (Calendar and Meet) and the assistant's language model (Gemini).
  • Apple, Google and Mozilla push services, to deliver the notices you turn on.
  • The hosting provider of our servers.

We share data with authorities only when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data. The app contains no advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking.

5. Payments

Payments are made on the QuickBooks Payments page operated by Intuit. The app never sees or stores card or bank account details.

6. International transfers

Our servers and providers are located in the United States and the European Union. If you live in the European Economic Area, transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

7. How long we keep it

Account and access data: while you have access to the app. Sign-in codes expire in 30 minutes and sessions in 30 days.

Invoices, payments and documents: for as long as the law on accounting and tax records requires.

Assistant conversations and push registrations: until you delete your account.

8. Your rights

You may access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, and object to or restrict its processing. If you live in California you also have the rights the CCPA gives you, including the right to know and the right to delete; we do not sell personal data.

Write to info@usagestiones.com from the email address you use in the app. We answer within the legal deadline. You may also complain to your data protection authority.

9. Deleting your account

In the app, go to Profile and tap Delete my account. Your access is withdrawn at once, your sessions are closed, and your push registrations and assistant conversations are deleted.

Your company's invoices, payments and documents are records of the service you contracted and are kept for the legal retention period. To request their deletion beyond that, write to info@usagestiones.com.

10. Security

All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Sign-in uses one-time codes, so there are no passwords to steal. Sessions can be closed from any device. Team members use a corporate account with a second factor.

11. Children

The app is for businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18.

12. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be shown in the app with its effective date.
